Our Story

Lotus Quality Assurance is a member of LTS Group – an emerging IT Outsourcing Company in Vietnam. Founded on October the 18th, 2016, LTS Group sets the vision for becoming one of the top IT service providers in Vietnam. LTS Group has always pursued the mission of elevating and connecting Vietnamese IT engineers to international clients, hence contributing to affirming Vietnam’s position on the world’s technology map.

Our journey started with the foundation of Lotus Quality Assurance, the first independent quality assurance company in Vietnam. Developed by the most talented and experienced QA engineers, Lotus QA has always been one of the key services, making Lotus’ name and position stronger in Vietnam’s IT market.

Aiming at providing a comprehensive service offering system, Lotus stepped up the game as our BOD expanded the service coverage with Lotus Technology Services in 2017 to bring more value and high-quality work to our customers. With Lotus TS, we specialize in providing data labeling, data annotation and software development outsourcing services.

As we saw the great potential in partnering with Japanese clients, LTS Group established the Lotus Japan office in October 2020 with the desire to support our clients more quickly despite facing many difficulties amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

After five years of operation, with the spirit of ”challenge the challenges” and endless energy, LTS Group has always been working tirelessly to expand our reach and our resources. We set the target of becoming a global IT firm with 1000 headcounts in 2026.

Board Of Directors

Co-Founder/COO - Mr. Hoang Hai

Mr. Hai is well known as an Automation Expert with a PMP certificate. After a long time working as a Former Automation Group Leader at FPT, Mr. Hai had the next level in his career as the Former Technology consultant of Boeing & Dell. Sharing the same vision as Mrs. Xuan, he joined Lotus in 2019 with the CTO position, helped us grow the Automation Testing Service and then successfully built up the Development Team.

Founder/CEO - Mrs. Xuan Phung

Mrs. Xuan is a QA expert with PMP & ISTQB Advance certificate and strong experience in Testing Field. She was the Former Head of the QA Department at FPT Software, the leading IT Firm in Vietnam for decades. She was also the Product Owner of Cloud ATS & Test Insight, the two important testing tools of FPT. After a time responsible for QA Service at GameQA, she established Lotus QA and then LTS Group with the mission to connect talented Vietnamese engineers with the global market.

Director - Mr. Hoang Phuong

Mr. Phuong had many years working in C-Suite at big a Japanese company. As he saw the great potential of IT services for the Japanese market, Mr. Phuong joined LTS Group and helped us establish the Lotus Japan office in October 2020 despite facing many difficulties amid the Covid-19 pandemic. With his experience in QC and business operation, our JP market continues to get an incredible growth rate.

CTO - Mr. Khanh Nguyen

Mr. Khanh is an ERP software development expert. He had many years working as Technical Leader, Solution Architecture and Chief Software Development Officer as well as running his own IT Training Academy. He started his career at LTS Group as a Development Manager and Director of LTS Edu, gaining great insights into the team, clients and the industry before being appointed Chief Technology Officier, guiding our team to deliver the best customer values.
